"Grow Your Own" kits are an easy way to grow your favorite gourmet mushrooms!
A natural anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and immune-booster, Lion's Mane is a great "seafood" substitute that will keep you begging for more. This cascading mushroom is not only fun to watch grow, but is rich in thiamine, riboflavin, and niacin, and can help with Dementia.
Each "Grow Your Own" kit will produce two full flushes of mushrooms for you to harvest and enjoy. Afterwards, you can crumble the remaining substrate and mix into your compost, or garden soil!
